JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 09-01-2020 This application, for grant of anticipatory bail, arises out of Rampur P.S. Case No. 144 of 2018, disclosing offences under Sections 457/380 of the Indian Penal Code. Prosecution case is that while the informant has gone out, there was theft in his house and he suspects the hands of petitioner, who is a neighbour.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that he has no criminal antecedent and has falsely been implicated in this case only on the basis of suspicion and except that there is nothing against the petitioner. Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides, considering the submission, as above, this application is allowed. Let the petitioner, above
