2. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 123, 103, 303(2), 3(5) of the B.N.S, 2023.
3. The prosecution case, in brief, is that daughter of informant was continuously tortured by this petitioner with the help of his family members and ultimately, on 21.02.2024 she was killed by the accused persons.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is husband of the deceased (daughter of informant). There is general and omnibus allegation. As a matter of fact, the informant's daughter committed suicide by consuming poison. Charges has already been framed on 28.08.2025. Petitioner claims clean antecedent and he is in custody since 24.02.2025.

5. Learned APP opposes the prayer for bail.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner above-named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned District & Additional Sessions Judge-V, Katihar in connection with Balrampur P.S. Case No. 38 of 2025 corresponding to Sessions Trial No. 430 of 2025. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) vinita/- U T
