The petitioner has approached this Court for publication of result of Shastri IIIrd Part examination held in 2017 and also for issuance of mark-sheet.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner appeared in all papers of Shastri IIIrd Part examination conducted by the respondent University in 2017, but the result has not been published.

Once the University allowed the petitioner to

Necessary decision for publication of result of the petitioner must be taken by the respondent University at the earliest preferably within a period of 30 days from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.

With the aforesaid, the writ application stands disposed of.
