2. In compliance with the order of this Court dated 28.11.2023, a counter affidavit has been filed. By referring to the averments made therein, submission has been made on behalf of the University that on account of non-availability of his service book, the family pension and other terminal benefits could not be made to the petitioner. However, on receipt of the service book, furnished by the concerned College, further calculation has been made and an amount to the tune of Rs.

Patna High Court CWJC No.17419 of 2022 dt.30-01-2024 2/2 5,70,417/- under the head of arrears of the family pension for the period 15.01.2019 to December, 2022 was paid to the petitioner, through CFMS on 05.12.2023. It has further been clarified that in course of calculation, it was found that Rs. 9,000/- along with admissible relief is payable to the petitioner as family pension, which is being paid from January, 2023 to the petitioner.
