1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.

2. The present Cr. Misc. Application has been filed for cancellation of anticipatory bail granted to the opposite party nos. 2 to 4 by the learned A.C.J.M.-V, Bihar Sharif, Nalanda vide order dated 21.10.2020 passed in A.B.P. No. 2001 of 2020.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this case may be disposed of with direction to the learned Trial

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.72928 of 2022(2) dt.08-12-2025 2/2 Court to expedite the disposal of the trial and the petitioner shall also co-operate before the learned Trial Court for early disposal of the trial in connection with Laheri P.S. Case No.362 of 2020.

4. Learned A.P.P. for the State has no objection to this prayer of the petitioner.

5. In view of the submission of learned counsel for the petitioner, the present Cr. Misc. Application stands disposed of with a request to the learned Trial Court to take steps for early disposal of the trial in connection with Laheri P.S. Case No.362 of 2020.
