JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 18-04-2018 This application under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure has been filed by the petitioners for quashing the order dated 18.05.2017 passed by the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-V, Bhabua, Kaimur in Complaint Case No.1391 of 2013 whereby the trial court allowed the application filed on behalf of opposite party no.2 dated 26.09.2016 and directed to frame charge against the petitioners under Sections 147, 149, 323, 379, 504 and 354 of the Indian Penal Code.
