====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 17-06-2020 Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioners as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State through video conferencing.

Petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Singhwara P. S. Case No.72 of 2019 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 149, 323, 324, 307, 354, 379, 504 of the I.P.C.

There is allegation against these petitioners that they assaulted the informant and others by means of deadly weapon. However, it is submitted that there is case and counter-case between the parties and persons from both sides sustained injury.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.66135 of 2019(4) dt.17-06-2020 2/2 Regard being had to the facts and circumstances of the case as well as submissions of the parties, I am not inclined to extend the privilege of anticipatory bail to petitioners and, accordingly, their prayer for anticipatory bail stands rejected. However, it is made clear that at the time of consideration of regular bail application of the petitioners, the concerned Court shall not be prejudiced by this rejection order and shall pass appropriate order on regular bail application of the petitioners particularly keeping in mind that both the parties sustained injury and there is case and counter-case between the parties.
