Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Sakra P.S.Case No.77 of 2019 dated 22.2.2019 , registered for offences punishable under Sections 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner happens to be mother-in-law. Case is of dowry death.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that the whole family members have been made accused in this case, nothing specific has been attributed against the petitioner and the girl has committed suicide by hanging. Heard learned A.P.P. also.

No.64593 of 2019(3) dt.14-11-2019 2/2 Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned ACJM XIII, Muzaffarpur in connection with Sakra P.S.Case No.77of 2019 dated 22.2.2019, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
