The petitioner is in custody in connection with Lalganj P.S. Case No. 371 of 2018 for the offences under Sections 30(a), 32(2), 41(1) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedents. Petitioner is lady and she is in custody since 18.10.2018.

Considering the aforesaid, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Learned Additional District Judge, 11th cum-Special Judge,
