Petitioner apprehends her arrest in connection with Bhabua P.S. Case No.805 of 2023 dated 01.09.2023, registered for the offence punishable 30 (a)(c)(d)/41 of the Excise Act, pending in the Court of learned Additional District Judge 4th, Kaimur at Bhabua.

After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application. 4.

Permission is granted.

Accordingly, the instant application is dismissed as withdrawn.

However, petitioner is at liberty to surrender before the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.82776 of 2023(2) dt.22-12-2023 2/2 learned Court below within six weeks from today and seek regular bail and the learned Court below would pass the order, preferably, on the same day, in accordance with law, without being prejudiced of the withdrawal of this application.
