Present:- Member(Judicial) :Mr. Justice Sourendra Pandey Member(Legal Profession) : Soni Kumari AWARD The dispute between the parties having been referred for determination to the Lok Adalat and the parties having compromised/ settled the case/matter, the following award is passed in terms of the settlement:

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned counsel for the State.

Direction in the original writ petition was to dispose of the Land Mutation Case No. 10540 of 2022-23. Learned counsel for the State submits that they have filed the show cause wherein they have brought the order passed by the Circle Officer which has been annexed as Annexure 'A' to show cause which shows that the said mutation case has already been rejected.

Taking into account the aforesaid contention and looking at the directions passed by this Court, the order stands complied with.

In view of the said show cause, nothing remains in the matter and the contempt is dropped.

It goes without saying that the petitioner is at liberty

to challenge the order or any subsequent order(s) which has been passed in light of the directions passed by this Court.

Accordingly, this petition stands disposed of. The parties are informed that the court fee, if any, paid by any of them shall be refunded.
