The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Rafiganj P. S. Case No. 34 of 2017 instituted under Sections 323, 324, 341, 307 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The allegation, in brief, is that both the petitioners inflicted several blows of knife on the person of the informant. It is submitted that the petitioners have also filed a complaint case against the informant and it was the informant who was obstructing the petitioners to go over their land and he is said to have purchased the land from the grandfather of the petitioners. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case and the nature of injuries on the person of the informant,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.30630 of 2017 (2) dt.10-07-2017 2/2 which show five incised wound caused by sharp cutting weapon on the vital part of the body so the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners is rejected.
