Road, appertaining to Khata No. 203, Survey No.

293, admeasuring 16 Katha & 3 dhurs land, which is causing obstruction to the petitioner and the villagers of village/ Mauza-Inayatpur, P.S. No. 156, P.S.- Daudpur, Anchal-Manjhi, District-Saran at Chhapra."

After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the Circle Officer, Manjhi, District-Saran, for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed off.
