14-10-2019 Heard Sri Raj Shekhar, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.C. to Govt. Pleader - 7. The present petition has been filed with a prayer to modify order dated 11-09-2019 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 12372 of 2019 to the extent of correcting the name of police station, where case was lodged as well as for correcting a word regarding colour of the vehicle.

It was submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that in the main petition itself i.e. in the writ petition, in paragraph - 1, instead of "Nadi P.S. Case No. 71/2019", it was written as River P.S. Case No. 71/2019. Similarly, in paragraph

Patna High Court MJC No.4051 of 2019(2) dt.14-10-2019 2/2 - 7 of the writ petition, in 4th line, colour of the vehicle was mentioned as Colour Pearl Arctic White-2HJ, whereas, actual colour of the vehicle is "Pearl Arctic white-ZHJ". It has been argued that since in the writ petition itself, there were error, same error was occurred in the order dated 11-09-2019 in C.W.J.C. No. 12372 of 2019. Sri Shekhar Submits that due to inadvertence, such error has occurred in the writ petition and same has been reiterated in the order dated 11-09-2019 in C.W.J.C. No. 12372 of 2019.

Considering the facts and circumstances, the present petition i.e. M.J.C. No. 4051 of 2019 stands disposed of and it is directed that in order dated 11-09-2019 in C.W.J.C. No. 12372 of 2019, in paragraph - 2, in place of River P.S. Case No. 71 of 2019, it may be read as "Nadi P.S. Case No. 71 of 2019" as well as the colour of the vehicle may be read as "Pearl Arctic whiteZHJ" in place of Pearl Arctic White-2HJ. Accordingly, the order dated 11-09-2019 in C.W.J.C.
