2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Sonepur (Sonpur) P.S. Case No. 752/2024 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 126(2), 127(2), 74, 75 and 76 of the B.N.S. and Section 8 of the POCSO Act.
3. As per the prosecution case, petitioner is accused of trying to commit rape with victim.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has falsely been implicated in the present case. Learned counsel further submits that petitioner is a man with a
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.69271 of 2025(3) dt.18-12-2025 2/2 clean antecedent and he is in custody since 02.12.2024. The petitioner undertakes to co-operate in the case/ trial.
5. Learned APP for the State as well as learned counsel for the informant have jointly opposed the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.
6. Considering the period of custody of the petitioner, this application for regular bail is allowed.
7. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Exclusive Special Additional Sessions Judge (POCSO), Saran at Chapra /concerned Court below in connection with Sonepur (Sonpur) P.S.
