2. The matter relates to engagement of Anganbari Sevika for Anganbari Centre No. 347 under Gram Panchayat, Nagdah, in the District of Madhubani. It is the petitioner's claim that in the merit list prepared by the respondents, her name figures at serial No.1, whereas the respondents are trying to declare the petitioner disqualified and appoint the respondent No.8 against the said post.

3. The petitioner has remedy of approaching the

Patna High Court CWJC No.20519 of 2019(2) dt.22-11-2019 2/2 Child Development Project Officer under the guidelines, which deal with selection and appointment of Anganbari Sevika/Sahaiyaka issued by the Welfare Department, Government of Bihar.

4. The petitioner shall be at liberty to raise her claim at appropriate stage before appropriate authority, in accordance with law.

5. This disposes of the application.
