The petitioner seeks bail in Excise Case No.158 of 2018 registered under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

About 28 liters of country made and foreign liquor is said to have been recovered from the possession of the petitioner and for that, the petitioner is in custody since 11.10.2018.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.5,000/-(Rupees Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned 2nd Additional District and Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, Excise, Bhagalpur in connection with Excise Case No.158 of 2018.
