The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Bela P.S. Case No. 173 of 2018 for the offences punishable under Sections 272, 273, 414 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 30(A) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act. The allegation is regarding recovery of 36 liters of Nepali Saufi wine from one four wheeler vehicle and the petitioner was apprehended while he was driving the said vehicle.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. It is further submitted that the petitioner is having

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be enlarged on regular bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.D.J.
