2. The petitioner has prayed for regular bail in a case instituted for the offence under Sections 302 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. The allegation against the petitioner along with others is of killing the daughter of the informant.
4. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case due to dirty village politics. He has committed no offence. Petitioner is not named in the FIR. During investigation, the name of the petitioner has come into light. There is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner rather the specific allegation against co-accused Sunita Devi and Babita Devi. There is no

5. The application for bail is opposed by learned APP for the State.
6. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the facts and circumstances of the case as well as period of custody, this court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. The above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rs. ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Saran at Chapra in connection with Chapra Muffasil P.S.
