The petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Purnea Sadar P.S. Case No. 223 of 2017 registered under Sections 302, 120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that petitioners have been implicated in this case falsely only on basis of suspicion. There is no eye witness to the alleged occurrence. During investigation, none of the witnesses have said that they saw the petitioners in the company of the deceased. Petitioners have no criminal antecedent. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the event
