The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Keoti P.S.Case No.29 of 2019 registered for offences punishable under Sections 363, 366(A) and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 8 of the Prevention of Children from Sexual Offences Act.

Allegation against the petitioner and other accused persons is of kidnapping of the minor daughter of the informant and it further appears from the impugned order that she is still traceless.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that the main allegation is against one Rishi Kumar and the petitioner happens to be uncle of Rishi Kumar, as such he has been made accuse in this case.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.64541 of 2019(2) dt.15-10-2019 2/2 Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, and the girl is still traceless, I am not inclined to grant privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner, however, he may surrender and pray for regular bail With the aforesaid direction, this application is dismissed.
