The petitioner seeks bail in Bijaipur P.S. Case No.236 of 2017 registered under Sections 272, 273 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

Two persons were apprehended in Xylo vehicle bearing registration No.BR-04J-3553 and 167 liters of Indian made foreign liquor is recovered. The apprehended accused disclosed that the petitioner is the owner of the vehicle. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is not the owner of the vehicle. Petitioner has got no manner of concern either the vehicle or the consignment. Petitioner is in jail since 25.09.2018.

Case No.236 of 2017(G.R. No.4910 of 2017).
