This application has been filed for modification of order dated 21.04.2022 passed in Cr.Misc. No. 71056 of 2021 whereby petitioner was granted provisional bail with condition to deposit Rs. 1,00,000/- in the account of complainant within one week of his release and rest amount was directed to be paid to complainant in five installment within one year, failing which, the court below was directed to cancel the bail-bond. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the aforesaid order be modified to the extent of paying the alleged amount after completion of trial of the said case.
