The petitioner is in custody since 14.10.2018 in connection with Excise Case No.1672 of 2018 arising out of Barahara P.S. Case No.415 of 2018 registered under Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that from the back of the hut of the petitioner, certain recoveries were alleged to have been made. It is further submitted that the said recoveries were not from his conscious possession. Considering the aforementioned facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the
