The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Paliganj P.S. Case No. 252 of 2019 registered for offence punishable under Sections 323, 147, 148, 341, 337, 353, 332 and 333 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. Further submission is that there is admitted land dispute and allegation against the petitioner is general and omnibus. The petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 23.07.2019.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the

Case No. 252 of 2019.
