The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Deoria P.S. Case No. 103 of 2018 for the offence under Sections 414/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. He further submits that name of the petitioner surfaced on the confessional statement of one Bipin Kumar.

Considering the fact that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and his name surfaced on the confessional statement of co-accused, let the petitioner above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within one month from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with
