The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Town P.S. Case No. 617 of 2017 for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 472 & 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The allegation is regarding the co-accused, namely, Vinesh Kumar having submitted a fake appointment letter in order to facilitate his joining on group-D post and when he was arrested by the police, he confessed that the petitioner herein is also one of his accomplice.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case. It is

No.79592 of 2019(3) dt.12-12-2019 2/2 further submitted that the said Vinesh Kumar, on the basis of whose confessional statement the petitioner has been made an accused in the present case, has already been granted bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 16.04.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 15508 of 2019. The petitioner is stated to be languishing in custody since 02.07.2019. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be enlarged on regular bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned ACJM, East Champaran, Motihari in connection with Town P.S. Case No. 617 of 2017.
