JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR JHA ORAL ORDER 09-05-2024 Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the office has pointed out the defect with regard to filing of certified copy of Annexure-2 with authentication fee but the said order is not under challenge and the said defect may be ignored.

2. However, even the other two defects have not been removed towards compliance of order dated 08.04.2024, which reads as under:-

Patna High Court C.Misc. No.5 of 2023(3) dt.09-05-2024 2/2 "The petitioner is directed to remove the defect(s) as pointed out by the office within three weeks, failing which this petition will be dismissed.

List this matter on 08.05.2024."
