2. The petitioner in the present case is seeking modification of the order dated 20.04.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 74863 of 2022 for extension of time to surrender in the learned court below.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was unable to surrender and submit the bail bonds in terms of the order dated 20.04.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 74863 of 2022.

4. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court extends the period for surrender of the petitioner and submission of bail bond in terms of the order dated 20.04.2023 in Cr. Misc. No. 74863 of 2022 by another four weeks from today.

5. No further indulgence shall be granted.
