The petitioners apprehend their arrest in Akorhi Gola P.S. Case No. 47 of 2017 registered for the offences punishable under Section 307 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code. The informant named the petitioners along with other accused persons and alleged that they all assaulted her. She got injury on her head on account of assault made by bricks. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that there is omnibus and general allegation of assault. There is a counter version being Akorhi Gola P.S. Case No. 48 of 2017. The informant got simple injury as it appears from Annexure-3 of the bail petition. It is further submitted that the petitioners happens to

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioners above named in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Dehri, Rohtas in Akorhi Gola P.S. Case No. 47 of 2017, Subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
