JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 10-07-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Section 506 of the Indian Penal Code and 3 / 4 of Explosive Substance Act.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is not named in the FIR. The name of the petitioner has come in his own confessional statement in para 27 of the case diary. He is in custody since 12.01.2017. It is alleged in the written report that unknown person has thrown the bomb in the shop of the informant. Besides such material, there is no other allegation against the petitioner.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed.

No.31232 of 2017 (2) dt.10-07-2017 2/2 Let, above named petitioner, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional District and Sessions Judge, 1st,Bhagalpur, in S.T.No. 539 of 2017 arising out of Kotwali P.S.Case No. 17 of 2017, subject to the condition that both the bailors will be close relatives of the petitioners.
