The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for offences punishable under Sections 272 and 273 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 47(A) and 57 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

As per allegation petitioner is engaged in preparation of country-made liquor and due to consumption of which several persons have died.

It is contended on behalf of the petitioner that several co-accused have granted bail by various orders passed by different co-ordinate Benches of this Court vide Annexure 2 series and also petitioner is a lady. It is further contended that

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.32299 of 2017 (2) dt.13-07-2017 2/2 petitioner is in custody since 16.12.2016.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gopalganj, in Gopalganj Town P.S. Case No. 347 of 2016.

If the petitioner, after his release in this case, is again found involved in similar nature of cases then the concerned court would be at liberty to take steps for cancellation of his bail bonds. (Dr. Ravi Ranjan, J) Spd/- U T
