The petitioners seek bail in connection with Bahadurganj P.S. Case No. 230 of 2019, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 413, 414 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that the petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated on the basis of confessional statement of one Babloo Ansari. Further submission is that nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioners. The petitioners have no criminal antecedent and in custody since 07.08.2019.

No.64008 of 2019(2) dt.07-11-2019 2/2 Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the above-named petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kishanganj in connection with Bahadurganj P.S. Case No. 230 of 2019.
