The Petitioner apprehends his arrest in Maigra P.S. Case No. 26 of 2016 registered for the offence punishable under Section 7 of the Essential Commodities Act.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that after investigation the police did not file any case and has submitted final report against the petitioner. Thereafter on the basis of materials available on record, the learned court below took cognizance of the offence.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner named above in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within four weeks from today, be

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.31996 of 2017 (2) dt.13-07-2017 2/2 released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M. Sherghati (Gaya) in connection with Maigra P.S. Case No. 26 of 2016; subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973.
