1. Heard learned counsel for the parties.

2. The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in connection with Mahila P.S Case no. 12 of 2020 registered under sections 498A, 323, 341, 504 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and sections 3 and 4 of the D.P. Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, the accused persons including the petitioner's husband, made a demand for a Bullet motorcycle. On non-fulfillment of the same by the father of informant, it is stated that the informant was beaten up, tortured and forced to leave home.

4. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the case only

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.74070 of 2023(2) dt.29-11-2023 2/2 for the reason of his being the husband of the informant. No such occurrence as alleged has taken place. The petitioner is in custody since 5.6.2023 and has no criminal antecedent.

5. Heard learned A.P.P for the State.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the allegations in the FIR, charge-sheet having being submitted in this case, petitioner not having any criminal antecedent and his having remained in custody since 5.6.2023, the petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail in connection with Mahila P.S Case no. 12 of 2020 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Samastipur.
