2. The petitioner is in custody since 16.06.2016 in connection with Sessions Trial No. 138 of 2017 arising out of Sanhaulla P.S. Case No. 64 of 2016 for the offences alleged under Sections 147, 148, 149, 448, 307, 302, 120B, 504 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. It is submitted that the petitioner being full brother of the deceased has been falsely implicated on mere suspicion.

4. Having regard to the nature of accusations and gravity of offence alleged, this Court is not inclined to grant the privilege of bail to the petitioner. The bail petition stands dismissed. (Vikash Jain, J) B.T/- U T
