Petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Jandaha P.S. Case No. 200 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 147, 148, 149,323, ,353, 333, 307, 337, 338, 427, 435, 379, 504 and 341 of the Indian Penal Code, Section 3⁄4 of the Explosive Substances Act,1883 and Section 27 of the Arms Act.
Petitioners are two amongst the 30 named accused persons in the First Information Report. Thousands of persons are said to have created a ruckus on the death of one Manish Kumar, the Prakhand Pramukh.

No.69261 of 2019(2) dt.20-11-2019 2/3 The petitioners' counsel submits that the village chowkidar has disclosed their name merely on suspicion because the petitioners were on good terms with the deceased. The petitioners have no criminal antecedents, as per averments made in para 3 of the petition.
Learned APP for the State has opposed the prayer by submitting that the allegations is under Sections 379 of the I.P.C. and other allied offences.
In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioners for grant of anticipatory bail is allowed. In the event of surrender/arrest of the petitioners before the court below, named above, within four (04) weeks from today, they shall be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Sessions Judge-VII, Vaishali at Hajipur, in connection with Jandaha P.S. Case No. 200 of 2018, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr. P.C. subject to the following conditions:- (i) That one of the bailors will be a close relative of the petitioners who will give an affidavit giving genealogy as to how he is related with the petitioners.
