The petitioner apprehends her arrest in connection with Brahmpur P.S. Case No. 161 of 2017 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 363, and 366/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned Senior counsel for the petitioner submits that the allegation is mainly against Raj Kumar Mahto, who is said to have taken away the victim girl with an intention to marry. So far as the present petitioner is concerned who is mother of the said Raj Kumar Mahto and her name has been placed in the First Information Report only on mere suspicion. It has further submitted that girl has come back and has made a statement under Section 164 Cr.P.C. Her age is said to be 22 years and in the 164

In the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner namely Leelawati Devi, in the event of her arrest/surrender before the court below within four weeks, from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing her bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Buxar, in connection with Brahmpur P.S. Case No. 161 of 2017, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. The petitioner shall immediately join investigation and shall report to the Investigating Officer within a week and thereafter as and when required to conclude the investigation at the earliest.
