The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Amarpur (Fullidumar) P.S. Case No. 480 of 2016 registered under Sections 341, 323, 337, 308, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that there is case and counter case between the parties. In the alleged occurrence, both the parties have sustained injury. On perusal of supplementary affidavit, it appears that both the parties have compromised the case and to that effect, a compromise petition has been filed in the Court below.

No.32989 of 2017 (4) dt.25-08-2017 2/2 Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the C.J.M., Banka in connection with Amarpur (Fullidumar) P.S. Case No. 480 of 2016, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C. (Arvind Srivastava, J) Shailendra/- U T
