Petitioner seeks bail in Andharamath P.S. Case No. 111 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 341, 323, 354(B), 504/34 Indian Penal Code.
Counsel for the petitioner submits that occurrence is said to have taken place on 18.07.2018, but First Information Report has been lodged on 25.07.2018. Petitioner is aged about 76 years old.
It is alleged that petitioner attempted to commit illegal act with the informant.
Petitioner is said to be in custody since 30.09.2018. In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.76973 of 2018(2) dt.20-12-2018 2/2 the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Jhanjharpur (Madhubani), in connection with Andharamath P.S.
