JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 11-12-2019 This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Jagdishpur P.S. Case No. 30 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 307, 379, 504, 526 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. As per F.I.R., allegation against the petitioner and other accused persons is that they have entered into the house of the informant and assaulted him by Khanti, causing injury to him and also committed loot-pat.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that earlier there is a case lodged by the petitioner's side against the informant and both sides have also sustained injuries. The injury of the informant is simple in nature.

Having heard both sides, considering the above

Let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of learned Additional District & Sessions Judge-VII, Bhagalpur in connection with Jagdishpur P.S. Case No. 30 of 2019, subject to the condition laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. (Vinod Kumar Sinha, J) Rahul Mishra/- U T
