Petitioners apprehend arrest in a case registered for offence punishable under sections 307/353 and other ancillary sections of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the prosecution case, these petitioners and other accused persons forcibly got released three accused persons from the custody of the Excise and Police officials. In view of the nature and gravity of allegation, prayer for bail of the petitioners is refused.
