The petitioner is in custody in connection with Ladaniya P.S. Case No. 191 of 2018 (CRI Case No. 1809 of 2018) for the offences under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal history and he is in custody since 05.09.2018. He further submits that the petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence rather he has been falsely implicated in this case.

Considering the aforesaid, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand)

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.77198 of 2018(2) dt.10-01-2019 2/2 with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madhubani in connection with Ladaniya P.S. Case No. 191 of 2018 (CRI Case No. 1809 of 2018).
