The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Jagdishpur P.S. Case No. 134 of 2015 registered under Sections 467, 468, 465 and 420/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that the dispute is civil in nature. Further submission is that it would appear from Annexures 2 and 3 that Title Suit is pending between the parties for the land in dispute. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each
