JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 10-01-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Fatua P.S. Case no. 370 of 2017 for the offence registered under Section 394 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the instant case was registered against unknown. Petitioner was apprehended on 28.9.2018 but unfortunately he was not put on TIP as yet.
Considering the fact that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and the case was registered against unknown and he was not put on TIP as yet, let the petitioner, named above is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.77107 of 2018(2) dt.10-01-2019 2/2 amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vth Patna City in connection with Fatua P.S. Case No. 370 of 2017.
