JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 21-12-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under sections 354, 341, 323, 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

Taking note of the nature of allegation levelled against the petitioner, I am not inclined to extend the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner and, according, his prayer for anticipatory bail in connection with Nabinagar P.S.Case No. 324 of 2018, pending in the court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad stands rejected.

However, it is made clear that this order shall not cause any prejudice to the competent court while considering
