The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Rivilganj P.S.Case no.186/18 , registered for offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 354, 379 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioner is that he dragged the grand daughter of the informant by catching hold of her hand and when they pretested they assaulted the informant on head by rod. There is is also allegation of snatching of chain. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that there is case and counter case between the parties and the allegation is false and concocted. There is land dispute between the parties from before.

Heard learned A.P.P. also.

No.78592 of 2018(2) dt.10-01-2019 2/2 Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of order be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned ACJM VIII, Chapra at Saran in connection with Rivilganj P.S.Case no.186 of 2018 dated 11.6.2018 subject to condition as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

With the aforesaid observation, this application is allowed.
