This is the second attempt on behalf of the petitioner for grant of regular bail in connection with Patna Rail P.S. Case No.825 of 2023 registered for the offence under section 370(5) of the Indian Penal Code, under sections 75 and 79 of the J.J. Act, 2015 and under section 3-A, 14 of the Child Adolescent Act.

Earlier, the prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail has been rejected by this Court vide order dated 24.01.2024 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No.2572 of 2024. 4.

From the report of the trial court, it appears that in the trial the evidence of the witnesses has been concluded and the case is fixed for statement of the accused under section 313 of the Cr.P.C.

In these circumstance, I am not inclined to grant the petitioner privilege of regular bail. Accordingly, this bail application is rejected.
