Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Chakia P. S. case no. 184/2018 registered under sections 272, 273 of the IPC and section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act. Taking into consideration that alleged recovery has been made from the house of petitioner, I am not inclined to extend the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner and accordingly, his petition stands dismissed. However, this order shall not cause any prejudice to the concerned court at the time of consideration of regular bail application of the petitioner.
