That, this is an application for issuance of an appropriate writ in the nature of certiorari for quashing the dated 15.10.2022 passed in Anganwari Appeal 54 of 2019 by which Additional Collector, Bhojpur at Ara has dismissed/set aside the order passed by the

Patna High Court CWJC No.17565 of 2022(2) dt.23-04-2024 2/2 District Programme Officer (ICDS), Bhojpur at Ara and the appeal filed by respondent 2nd set has been allowed and also for a direction after setting aside the order dated 15.10.2022 grant all other consequential benefits in terms thereof for which petitioner is entitled for."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies as are otherwise available under the law, including that of filing a civil suit before the learned civil court of competent jurisdiction. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

The writ petition stands dismissed as not pressed.
